There are two double bedrooms and one even has an en-suite too!

The master bedroom is large, with shower over bath, so there can be a bathroom each if you wish... (more 'poshness')

Ouside, the gorounds are maintained, and also there is allocated parking too.

Tenant Information

Our agency will not process an application until the one week fee has been paid and an application form has been submitted. To avoid unnecessary delays, it’s important that you return your application form(s) within 48 hours.

The one week's fee will count towards the first month's rent should the application be accepted and a contract is signed.

A tenancy cannot be completed until the agreed first month’s rent and deposit are paid in full after signing the contract.

On occasions, the Landlord may request a guarantor in order to offer a tenancy subject to referencing.

The one week fee is non-refundable should following referencing, it is discovered that key material facts have been omitted or prove false which then leads to the Landlord declining your application.

If the Landlord decides against proceeding with the tenancy, the tenant will receive a full refund of the one week's fee.
