3 Bedroom Detached House

Brandon Way, Kingswood, Hull, HU7 3EL

£875 Monthly

*NEW CARPETS AND DECOR RECENTLY DONE* in this immaculately presented and very spacious three bedroom detached house on the highly popular Kingswood development.

There are three bedrooms, all of good proportions (we like proportioned things). There is a large kitchen and dining room. Plenty of sit down meals to be had here (unless you like to stand up and eat, but that would be a little weird)

There is a real nice living room to cosy up in and watch all the TOWIE you want. There are doors leading to a very private garden (get the sun lounger out).

The exterior has garage and a private driveway. Man cave maybe?

Sorry, no pets on this one please (we don't mind caged ones though).

To rent, you must have an affordable income from employment.

Tenant Information

Our agency will not process an application until the one week fee has been paid and an application form has been submitted. To avoid unnecessary delays, it’s important that you return your application form(s) within 48 hours.

The one week's fee will count towards the first month's rent should the application be accepted and a contract is signed.

A tenancy cannot be completed until the agreed first month’s rent and deposit are paid in full after signing the contract.

On occasions, the Landlord may request a guarantor in order to offer a tenancy subject to referencing.

The one week fee is non-refundable should following referencing, it is discovered that key material facts have been omitted or prove false which then leads to the Landlord declining your application.

If the Landlord decides against proceeding with the tenancy, the tenant will receive a full refund of the one week's fee.
